It started to reset then the screen went black the red start up screen then came on & it’s been stuck on that screen for about an hour. I had looked online & saw people mention holding down the reset button by the HDMI ports, I tried that & nothing turned off but came right back to the red screen.

Smart tv. The power button on the tv worked once yesterday. Now it will only turn on or off by power cord. I plug it in and the logo appears.
